Each member of the Verde Auction team was friendly, professional, and respectful of the sensitive time this was for my family. Weeks before the scheduled auction date, advertisement began with professional full color flyers, mailers, and newspaper ads. This organization truly is an all-inclusive auction service. A team 10+ people setup and operated the auction onsite - with a port-o-let, concession stand, and all items properly displayed. This is the important part folks – Verde Auction Service brought us over 4x what we had estimated we would receive in monies.

On or about mid June 2021 we sold our home and did not need the contents such as furniture among many other items...Frank and Cindy came to our rescue...they and their crew, about a dozen people showed up mid July 2021 and took all that we did not want. I'm sure some items where not desirable for sale. That's why people say " it's a service" that pays you money...What a deal! My wife and I hired Verde Auction Services (Frank & Cindy Green and staff) to liquidate our estate accumulation of over 50 years. We couldn’t face the thought of moving all the things we had accumulated over the years but would no longer need.

Need an Auctioneer? When we sold our home we had three weeks to move out and liquidate 45 years of accumulation. This included miscellaneous items, furniture, vehicles, tools, and farm equipment that filled the house, garage, three sheds and a 30x40ft. quanset building. So, we called Frank and he said "THREE WEEKS???"
Well, Frank, Ellis and their excellent crew got right to work organizing my treasures into sellable quantities, printing & distributing brochures, talking up the sale, and contacting individuals they knew would have an interest in what I had to sell. Their proficiency amazed us. The auction was very well attended even though we had to hold it on a Sunday. Everything went smooth from my prospective. Their help with loading and cleanup was 100%.
